In line with the company’s values, we voluntarily take on the commitment to improve quality of service, protect the environment and prevent pollution.
These commitments are implemented through an integrated quality and environmental management system and established by senior management in the Lotrans Portes Quality and Environment Policy.
The organisation has had ISO quality certification for over 20 years. Each year, the management system processes are assessed by an external ENAC-accredited body,
who certify the continual improvement in the integrated quality and environment management system based on ISO 9001 and 14001.
In 2014, Lotrans increased its commitment to the environment by implementing the most demanding European standard, the EMAS Regulation, demonstrating the participation of all our employees, making the environmental efforts of the company worldwide publicly available and conducting audits to accredit compliance with the applicable environmental regulations. Registration is awarded by the Catalan Government.
